    Twenty people were killed as passengers fell like dominoes on a packed underground train after the brakes were slammed on suddenly due to an electrical failure. More than 150 were hurt in the worst-ever accident on the Moscow Metro which caused a derailment of three carriages in a tunnel. A third of the injured survivors were in a grave condition after carriage smashed against the walls.
