U.S. Border Patrol Deporting Illegal Alien with 37 Criminal Convictions in USA

Anyone besides me see the problem here?

We have uncounted but reportedly 10's of million of persons in this country that have violated our laws by crossing the border illegally. I am in the camp for a massive operation to deport these people but really, 37 convictions is what it takes for the Obama government to deport an illegal? Why wasn't this person deported after 1 conviction?

We don't need these crimminals in our country, we have enough of our own already.
If a person crossed our border illegal then it is time to give them public assistance to go back across.
