    Very good article suggesting that (hopefully) the airlines are working behind the scenes to evolve the security process in the right direction:

    In other words, don't collect $100 & send the vetted (with their wallets $100 lighter) to the head of the line. Use existing data to determine who is & isn't a risk and treat them accordingly.

    If TSA still runs CAPPS in whatever version it is called today, they already have all of that information and more.

    Skeptical that this will be used to exempt airline employees and shippers, leaving the rest of us to pay up and get groped anyway. Sorry, but I've been hearing about the TT program since 2004 when CLEAR was soliciting clients at MCO and nary a sign of this becoming a reality.
