ABC News: Grand Jury Gets Case of Airport Pat-Down Ruckus

Sombody needs to enlighten the moron prosecuting the case:

Appears that she would like to be a judge :td: and that her specialties are wills and family law, not civil rights, and that her web site is a bit anemic:

    501 Union St
    Nashville, TN 37219

Apparently, the practice wasn't exactly doing a booming business:

It's a blessing the prosecutor appears to be an incompetent moron.

    I'll start the popcorn.:)

When the video was enhanced and analyzed, did it not show the daughter's crotch being groped? So what part of that is false?

I wonder if she's married to the cop who tried to intimidate Ms. Abbott.

Obviously. What are they going to tell a jury: believe us and not your lyin eyes?

Who decides if the grand jury gets to see the video? Of is that reserved for trial?

The jury may never see the video. That's one of the many ways dishonorable judges manipulate the system to get the verdict they want - regardless of the facts of the case. All the video from the case supports the victim's case. It shows the cop is a bullying thug, and the screener is a molesting pervert. It's only the "testimony" of the bullies and the perverts that makes Ms Abbot seem guilty. There's a fair chance that's all the jury will hear.

I've seen too many kangaroo courts lately not to be cynical.
