    From the article:

It is frankly shocking that when one turns and repeats exactly what was done to them that it is termed assault.

These TSA "people" really need to get a clue.

According to the FBI, it's "rape".

    At TSA News:

Another passenger charged after being assaulted by TSA
by LISA SIMEONE on MAY 1, 2012

(And hey, guys, love getting comments, but I will delete any that imply harming or killing anyone. It's your business if you want to leave such messages at TUG or anywhere else in the blabbosphere, though I think, frankly, it's insane, but I won't allow them to post at TSA News. The last thing I need is the authorities coming after me or Chris some day because of "terroristic" threats we allowed to be posted there. You can get your points across just as well without saying so-and-so needs to be backed up against a wall, etc.)

    Aw, you're no fun.

See below, there's a picture you can add to the article. I'll email it to you.

So what TSA calls a pat down when it is done to a traveler is an assault when done to a TSA screener.

Hopefully they have deep pockets and the will to fight. The tsa will blink first.

  10. Back at the beginning of scope-n-grope, wasn't there all this talk about how they all groped each other for practice and they were fine with it?

    Well.
that answered the question I asked a week or so ago in another thread, about what would happened if the passenger touched the smurfed in the exact same way.
Can't say I'm surprised by the double standard.

You do it to me and it's 'safety' I do it to you and it's 'assault.' It's not even funny anymore.

    1) I'm not surprised.

    2) If they were capable of it, they wouldn't be working for the TSA. Just like the other criteria of being soulless unsympathetic monsters, cluelessness is a requirement for TSA employment.

So when Rep Canseco did the same thing during a primary screening in SAT he didn't get arrested, not that he should have, how come this woman gets charged?

Seems that she has a precedent in his case, particularly considering she had already cleared security once and was in the secure area.

Can find nothing. Maybe that person will post more info, or somebody else will. If she was really a TSA agent in the past, I'd like to know how long ago in the past, why she is no longer, etc. Details.

Okay, now I'm wondering if they're targeting her. This would be the third or fourth time that Amy has been groped. And she's written about it every time.
