We have to understand that the Republicans and Democrats are simply the two wings of the Fascist Party. They aren't different from each other when it comes to anything that relates to fiscal responsibility or Constitutional Rights.

Thanks for the link. An interesting account. Hicks said it may have gone as high as the the secretary of defense, or maybe a level or so down.

So, if the average Joe gets put on the no fly list out of spite, as Hicks was, his only hope is a media and political campaign that reaches to the secretary of defense?

This is why we have judicial processes, is it not? BEFORE one gets put on this list. The no fly list is completely lawless.

 

Seems he quietly outed the [DHS?] infiltrator who showed up at his organization in MS, a group which he describes as so mainstream it's just a shade away from Ready.gov, BTW.
Hicks told the fake Navy Seal not to return. So, in return?: I'll fix him; I'll put him on the No-fly list.
The unchecked ability of low level goons to carry-out such retaliation is a consistent thread.

 

This needs to be the subject of a Congressional Investigation, complete with subpoenas, and not the mutual 69 that usually happens between Homeland Security (which sounds better in the original German) and Congress.

There needs to be criminal penalties for vindictive, retaliatory submissions to the no fly list. but alas, only government pukes would be affected, so that'll never happen.

Something has gone seriously haywire with Congress. 85% or better need to be voted out and replaced with human beings. I'm not asking for anything special, just non-sociopaths for a change.
