If in fact these recent b*mb threat are threats from terrorists and not "false flags" or pranks, or even if they are, is this what we have to look forward to? Will this increased escalation only make our lives much worse under the watchful eye of DHS, TSA, VIPER? I imagine Pissy and Nappy are just delighted.

Stories like these only make me shake with fear but not fear of our enemies, fear of our government.

    - Campuses Evacuated by Al Qaeda Threat
    - Threat in Kansas City
    - North Dakota State University Bomb Scare
    - Threat Made to Valparaiso
    - Nuke Reactor Evacuated in Austin

It seems suspicious to me. Why, all of a sudden, are we getting all these b*mb threats just as the heat is turning up on DHS/TSA? Too much of a coincidence in my humble opinion. (No, I am not wearing a tin-foil hat, just in case you were wondering! )

I got off shift and was winding down when I heard this go down. Since the word go more then a few people I work with and friends in the Austin area made comments about this being false flag BS. I thought the same as well, but was really confirmed when I was told that no EMS was put on stand-by which is SOP for them in MCI or potential MCI events (MCI = Mass Casualty Incident).

I'd bet this is DHS trying to induce fear into the American population so they can groom us to normalize humiliation and degradation tactics.

Remember, Waco was put on (Operation Showtime) when BATF was getting hammered over a gender discrimination lawsuit and the Good Ol' Boys Roundup.

Bomb scares are an easy exercise in crazy. They tend to fuel each other as well. In a few days/weeks the tempo tends to run down. I remember when I was in high school, we had a series of bomb threats at local schools, after a week or so, they calmed down. I doubt seriously this was a coordinated type of thing, it is entirely too random in my opinion.

I bet their underlings are even more delighted, since it prolongs their employment.

And once the American public no longer fears a "bomb scare," the entirety of the TSA and their (expletive deleted) employees will be unemployed. The sooner, the better.

Sorry, but a threat of a bomb cannot be ignored. I wish it could be since we all know that the chances of something actually happening is very low. I would support a mandatory long prison stay for anyone caught and convicted of making a bomb threat.

I think you're being overly kind. Anyone convicted of making a bomb threat should have their organs confiscated and given to someone more deserving.

Nobody with a real bomb calls it in as a threat.

I think it's the guys at Delta House that are responsible.
