Security at AMS
That was what -- about a 90% false positive rate? The one guy who got a green screen was so ready for a false positive that he assumed the position. I also noticed that the screeners were so used to false positives that the rubdowns were super cursory and light (though the gal's patdowns looked kind of sensual to me, maybe it's a Euro thing). So that's good in a way, that they're not such meanie gropers, except how much can they detect with such quick swipes on people?
Either way, pretty stupid.
This is pretty much the same thing I've seen in US airports. The patdowns are virtually non-existent following the MMW scan which likely accounts for why the sheeple herd through them.
the guys got a cursory pat, except for the african american(african dutch?) guy who got a bit more. the women got a back and belly rub, trying to get the genie to come forth I guess. Maybe the female screener was copping feels. that's what it looked like. but it failed on all of these folks.
