Just wait till the Nato demonstrations in May. It's gonna be Chicago 1968 redux.

"if you're creating a scene or whatever"

I'm not sure I've ever seen that "legal" standard in any of the case law or statutes. :p I particularly like the 'whatever'. Very precise. :p

"Just 'cause you sue doesn't mean you're going to win"

No, it sure doesn't. But this is quite the damning little record he left for the court. Now the jurors will get to see his disdain for our First Amendment rights.

Statements such as “Your First Amendment right can be terminated if you’re creating a scene or whatever” made by any LEO should be cause for dismissal. No hearing, not union representation, no nothing!

Problem is, this is Chicago. If you collect the evidence needed to prove the officer pig said that, they have another reason for cracking your skull & arresting you: Wiretapping as per Illinois statutes.

The cost of corruption in Illinois is enormous.

Give some of the surveys I've seen, a significant portion of the jury pool has disdain for our First Amendment rights...

If this donut addict gets capped, I won't shed a tear. Not one.
