G+ link to a first-hand account of a Day's Inn that refused a room to a woman with a service dog in violation of the ADA. Apparently papers proving you have a service dog are required.
Crummier brekkie @ Super 8. Wyndham won. I did complain about the handicapped parking at the Hampton Inn in Keokuk, Iowa, which incidentally had the appearance of having been "upgraded" from a Super 8. They refunded our room charge. I usually just ignore the feedback surveys from Hilton but did respond to that one. Never heard back. It's one of two Hampton Inns that we will NEVER stay in again. I realize that Hampton Inns are Hilton's low end, but we do expect some rudimentary reminders that they are Hilton properties.
