DC reporter arrested for filming a public meeting.

    That is a safe link. Unfortunately the reporter and another person were arrested for filming our government in action. Disgusting behavior from the police that arrested them and the governmenal thugs that had them arrested.

    I hope the arrested journalists get nice judgments or settlements out of this.

    Okay, sounds good. Funny thing was that this took place at a meeting for the DC taxi commission. Better safe than sorry though(regarding posting video). What is it about transportation that makes people crazy about security? A container truck could dump a load on your vehicle. A bridge could collapse.

    Hmmmm. That many news organs coming on line this fast means there is more to this story than meets the eye. I really hope that the journalists sue everyone involved in their illegal arrest and detention for at least $100,000,000 each. Drive the dirt bags who dared to interfere with the freedom of the press into bankruptcy.
