Would like to know if my favorite LTSO at DFW is one of the arrested. I would say the name but would probably not be a good idea.
Guy got angry with me and I thought he was going to hit me. DFW FSD did squat about my complaint.

If you know his name you should be able to look it up in the local court system online, or send it to me in a conversation & I will try to look it up.

    NBC article updated this afternoon:

The TSA officer accused of selling the parking passes was arrested on a felony charge of theft of service. Another TSA employee was arrested on a Class A misdemeanor charge of theft of service in connection with multiple violations, the airport said. The remaining 19 TSA employees are accused of using the parking passes without properly obtaining them and are charged with Class B misdemeanor theft of service. The last arrests were made over this past weekend.

The American Eagle employee was fired, and at least eight of the 21 TSA agents have been suspended indefinitely without pay.

My Fox DFW: Twenty-two arrested after DFW Airport employee parking pass theft (Oct 1 2013)

Twenty-two people have been arrested after an investigation into stolen DFW Airport employee parking passes. Twenty-one of the people arrested were TSA employees and the other person worked for American Eagle. DFW Airport had previously announced nine arrests in this case. An additional 13 arrests were announced on Tuesday.

    ...

The American Eagle worker was arrested and charged with one count Class A misdemeanor theft for originally stealing the parking passes. A second TSA employee was arrested on a Class A misdemeanor theft charge, also. The other 19 TSA employees arrested face a Class B misdemeanor theft of service charge for improperly obtaining the parking passes.

Finally got some names -- I'm only quoting the paragraphs that name names, rest of the info in this articule is pretty much covered upstream ...

Dallas Morning News: 21 TSA workers arrested for selling, using stolen D/FW Airport parking passes (Oct 1 2013)

The other is American Eagle Airlines worker Terry Jermine Nettles, who has been charged with the Class A misdemeanor charge of theft. Matt Miller, spokesman for American Eagle’s parent AMR, says Nettles “is no longer employed by American Eagle Airlines.”

Most of the TSA employees have been charged with Class A and Class B misdemeanors for theft of service. But one has been charged with a felony, according to airport officials: Yvonne Anderson, who was arrested for theft of service higher than $1,500. Anderson is accused of selling the parking placards to fellow TSA workers.

    ...

The affidavits say most of the TSA employees who were arrested were caught displaying the stolen parking passes in windows of vehicles parked in airport employee lots. At least one of those caught, Robert Orta, initially claimed he bought the parking pass from an American Airlines employee. But Orta’s affidavit shows that he purchased the pass from Anderson.

I can't find case files for these three people (Terry Jermine Nettles, Yvonne Anderson, Robert Orta) in the criminal court lookups for either Dallas or Tarrant Counties.

Also nothing is turning up on the mugshot sites, although I haven't the time to do an exhaustive search of them.

Could the TSA employees charges be in federal court?

Most unlikely, also I couldn't even find case info for the ex-AA employee.
