Both of you did good jobs - I don't think that is a crowd that is listening, even a little bit.

The page doesn't appear to exist. Deleted by TripAdvisor?

Anyone happen to see what happened before it went boom?

Update: the thread is there but a number of posts have been removed due to "being inappropriate" and some sheep took offense to being called cowards.

TripAdvisor is garbage, and many of the "reviews" posted there are anything but.

This is the response several years ago when I started getting Kerala hotel spam in forums and found the exact same (word for word) spam posted in TripAdvisor as customer "feedback" highly recommending the property:

    Dear Owner,

Thank you for taking the time to write a management response on
    TripAdvisor.

Unfortunately, we cannot publish your response because it
does not meet our posting criteria. We look forward to receiving your edited and resubmitted response through our management response form.

Please see the management response guidelines posted on our site at:

We do not post management responses that contain web addresses.

Please let us know if you have further concerns.

    Best regards,

    Laurie

Despite a very to-the-point protest & evidence (simple Google search would show the same crud posted all over the internet), they continued to post the Kerala spam as legitimate customer opinion.

TripAdvisor just wants to see stuff posted. Quality & origin aren't important.
