Bill Turner: Does the U.S. Need the TSA Now?
I noticed Wendy Thomson from Freedom to Travel USA commented as well. Would it be worth trying to strike up a partnership between TUG and FTT?
Bill Fisher & I have been in touch with them & they're already linked from our comments page.
They have some decent material on their site, but I'm not sure how serious they are technically -- you can't get to their site if you put a "www." in front of it. Their site is only a few days older than TUG and difficult to find even in Google (when I first heard about it, I ended up on a different, similarly named site that had not been updated for eight years!). I'm also not convinced that their "coalition" is more than one or two people.
It's at "fttusa.org" if you want to take a look.
They're worth keeping an eye on. Unfortunately so much of this game involves people who get mad & maintain a site for a while, then lose interest. Time will tell.
That fftusa.org doesn't work. Is this the link you're talking about? http://freedomtotravelusa.org/
FTTUSA works as well. I think FFTUSA was just a typo.
I believe the other one mikemey found was the one that hasn't been updated for eight years.
I fixed my original reference to it. Alphabet soups like that are hard for people to remember & type exactly correctly.
Separate names with a comma.
