The pink and blue buttons, fitting for an old-fashioned baby shower or sex-segregated restrooms, are an odd accessory for a national security investment. Nothing like hard-coding in the discrimination.
That was a really depressing article. So along with people who have medical appliances, the wheelchair-bound, etc., here's another demographic of folks who bear a heavy burden not fitting the definition of normal that the scanners require. I used to think we were better than this.
