    Woo hoo! One for our side. Someone in the federal judiciary has a brain and a soul... now if we could just have her remove john pistole's hands from our genitals.

    Bravo to Chris Hedges! And to Daniel Ellsberg. And to everyone who signed onto this lawsuit. The govt will surely fight back, but at least we have this victory.

    By the way, the NYT has no coverage on this. None. Unbelievable.

    This is the NDAA thread, but I would like to take a moment to rejoice that yesterday was a good day for Liberty, with two victories for the good guys to cheer.

    We need more of this. It's hard to sustain morale in the face of relentless attack on the U.S. Constitution, with victories so small, so few and so far between.
