    Copyright (esp) and privacy laws are solidly against this guy.

    He wants to charge $250 for removal? Screw that:

    Step 1: Send him a DMCA takedown notice.
    Step 2: Sue him if the material doesn't disappear.

    If he's failed to register his website for DMCA notices, you can proceed directly to step 2.
