I'm not very savvy about imbedding pics but you should look at the guy's mugshot. I might have nightmares from it.

This behavior is as old as mankind. It is why the founders of this country were careful to restrict power. There's no way they envisioned the kind of power possessed today by even the lowest level slug in a uniform, like this loser.

 

I doubt this slug wears a uniform, which is why I moved it here instead of Police Abuse. He's probably just a self-indulgent social worker.
