I departed FLL Saturday 30 July. Taking the airport transportation from the Car Rental Center to the terminal 3 TSA employees boarded the bus (also serves the car park). These three wore blue T-Shirts with Honor Guard in large gold letters on the back of the shirt, on the front was TSA badge emblem, and Home Land Security imprimted. So they were headed to the terminals dressed in a T-shirt. What was even more strange was that all wore black or navy pants but none were the same.

I find it distrubing that TSA is trying to take on the appearance of the military.

    oh isn't that just lovely.

As a honor guard member (Fire Department), I'm disgusted.

They just want to pretend they are heroes. Halloween is every day for them.

I believe I have located a video of the crack TSA drill team. They've been around for a while.

    Shirttails out. Check.
    Guts hanging down. Check.
Wrists somewhat higher than elbows. Check.
More or less standing near the line. Check.

should they not be called a dishonour guard? If I or a member of my family was in the box - I would feel dishonoured by their presence (OK, maybe not me if I was in the box).
