It is clear that the federal judicial system is broken when you have this type of kangaroo court behavior. One monkey on the bench in one court lacks the stones to do the right thing and punts, giving the other monkeys in the other districts cover to rule in the same debased way. Blind justice, in this case blind TO justice. nobody wants to rule on this case because they are embarrassed to be on record supporting what is happening in this country, and not courageous enough to make the rulings that are clearly needed here. They have failed all of us. They are losing their right to be obeyed by not respecting the plain language of the Constitution which alone gives them the power they have. Clearly the federal powers are heading toward governance by force, and not by Law.

I must admit that I am shocked - and deeply offended by the judge's lack of honer.

The denial to see a ruling is shocking.

Jesse Ventura is none too happy with the court decision (and who can blame him?).

Ventura, miffed by court, says he's off to Mexico

    Here's a short excerpt.

"I will never stand for a national anthem again. I will turn my back and I will raise a fist," he said.

National security my (expletive deleted). If this is what amerika has become it's time to over use our few remaining rights and take back this country the same way our fore-fathers did!

(expletive deleted) like this is treason the judge needs to be removed, disbarred, stripped of citizenship and sent to a true third world nation. If not hung by the neck till dead and the body left in public as a warning to others that treason has a high and mortal cost.

Grrr. How can that judge keep a straight face? Or the judge must think this is NKorea.

    So what's next?
'oh you want to file an appeal? Sure just follow the procedures...which you can't know because it's SSI.'

This is what makes me wonder for a country of laws where all is known how can anyone in the right mind support secret laws and kangaroo courts with no recourse. Vigilante justice anyone?

Here is the decision link from LewRockwell.

    The Governor stated today:
We're treated like convicts. Yet the "accused" TSO is innocent until proven guilty.:td:

It just looks like the typical mumbo jumbo you'd expect in such a decision. Was it really withheld from The Body & The Attorney, or is The Body just hyperventilating? Remember that he was our governor for 4 interesting years -- we're used to his breathing patterns.

Do we have a legal mind among us that can read the decision and interpret the legal nuances?

I figure the ruling wasn't immediately available. Which combined with the farce of the SSI SOP, and scant communication between parties, left that impression with your ex-Governor.

(Don't want to sidetrack the discussion, but add that I would vote for a Paul/Ventura ticket in a heartbeat. A few loony ideas are worth the risk to get our democracy/non-crony economy back).

From what I read this morning, Congress passed a law stating lawsuits against TSA/DHS are to be filed with the Court of Appeals, therefore District Courts d0 not have jurisdiction. Here's the story

On a side note, I didn't vote for Jesse and thought he was/is a kook however he was able to make some positive changes for Minnesota as an Independent...something the Republican's and Dem's haven't done in ages.

AND he's very angry with TSA AND would make this a campaign issue so on that alone, I'd vote for him as President...

I voted for the Republican in that election, don't remember who he was, but was satisfied with the The Body. The Democratic candidate, Skip Humphrey, was & is mediocrity personified -- impresses me as very nice guy but not a chip off the old block, definitely not gubernatorial material. The Body managed to divide the vote in a three-way race & win.
