Lovely. As someone posted on another blog on the topic:
They can tweak their unseen secret procedures all they want. They still have access. We still have a problem.

But the SOP says they don't touch genitals, so what's the big deal?

Consider this: This dude worked at TSA, where he may well have been assigned to the pervbox. Assuming the police were doing their job properly, they would have had to have done would be to review all the photos to see if any of them came from his work. They would also have had to have contacted TSA to find out if he'd worked in the both, if he had ever been observed to have done physical searches on children, or if any complaints had been filed against him by anyone.

This is not a new crime. Andrew Cheever was arrested back in October 2010 and the arrest was first reported in December 2010.

Not challenging you on that ,but would like to read the complete text of that information.
Do you happen to have a link for it?
    Thanks

Don't worry. One of the resident TSA employee/apologists will be along shortly to state that any touching of the genitals is "incidental" and not part of the groping.

Of course, the evidence shows otherwise - so if the TSA really trains their employees to not touch the genitals, they've got some serious training problems going on - either the trainers are incompetent, the trainees are incompetent, both, or touching the genitals really is part of the procedure.

    The pink indicates sarcasm.

It is a claim made ad nauseum by TSA supporters. That's the only "evidence" I have.

or touching genitals is a *perk*, just like "x-ray vision" per the pizza box.
