    interesting article, thanks for posting it!

    The "eight recommendations" made by the inspector general bother me. I fear "pudenda patum" and "rectum searchem" may be among them, if Mike'll let me slide on the pig latin. If they're intent on tightening up, the odds are that this won't be good.
