Houston Chronicle: TSA budget cuts likely mean even longer airport waits
Good. Hope it backs up to El Paso.
Looks like people are aggravated by the time and then when the inevitable security charades happens to be done on them, it magnifies it. The rope tightens around the TSA's neck.
Poor TSA! Caught between a rock and a hard place.
Give me a break.
(and the economy ain't gonna improve)
No, no, no, no, no...wrong, wrong, wrong! This is just their way of trying to get approval to suck more tax money out of our wallets. They could easily alleviate the staffing shortage by going back to pre-9/11 screening methods: carry-on bag x-ray, WTMD, no shoe removal, no liquid restrictions, and only use those nekid-scanning devices for people who request them (i.e., because of metal implants) or optionally for secondary screening if someone alarms the WTMD, ETD, or has suspicious items in their carry-on. See, I've just solved all their problems and shown them a way to end up with a surplus!
Fixed it for you.
No...I fixed it for her!
Now c'mon guys, I've stopped flying, but that doesn't mean I want sheep backing up on the freeway when I'm trying to get to the Train Station!
