An updated outline with links to forms to be filed as well as alternative options. Apparently, the writer expects that there is a more than a little remaining adverse reactions to TSA groping.

The author seems to be well-intentioned but I think it's pretty obvious that he's never had to deal with the TSA in filing a complaint nor has he read the GAO report on how TSA handles claims. Someone needs to clue him in.

Any lawyer engaged to take on the TSA will most likely be getting paid by the client, not on contingency.

Who's got custody of the clue-by-four this week?

My interest was that this is still getting some attention two years later. It may be a bit naive to think these mechanism actually work, but having the links to the forms is handy and may help run up TSA's complaint stats.
