Thanks, Bill. Not surprising. We already knew the TSA has low morale and high turnover. This confirms it. (To add my own broken-record comment: Philip Zimbardo, Stanley Milgram, Solomon Asch. This abuse was all predictable.)

I think Bill can offer us some good insight.

I just wish he could get us the SOP too. :D

Unfortunately he can't get the SOP because there isn't one - we see it time and time again, screeners making up the rules as they go.

That's an interesting question, actually. If he has a printed (or electronic) copy of the document they call the SOP, regardless of whether individual Transportation Sloth Organisms actually follow it or not, can he provide a copy of it? He no longer works for TSA so he wouldn't be a "covered person" anymore.

If he signed some kind of NDA, well...that's what file lockers and Tor or an anonymous proxy are for.

That would be a huge find. Cyberghost is another IP proxy (VPN) system based in Germany so outside the reach of TSA.

There are some people that downloaded copies of the "S:rolleyes:P" when it was released to the internet.. While it's not the most updated document, it's somewhat interesting to read.

I have access to that one. I'd love to see the updated one.

It's probably just a picture book now to accommodate the larger portion of illiterate employees, with the occasional nude photo of criminals citizens that they can expect to ogle and grope.

Hi everyone! To respond to Mikeymey's inquiry I do not have a copy of the S.O.P. However working there for so long I know it inside and out.

I apologize if this is a bit direct, but the responses we've gotten from other TSOs more or less necessitate my asking it: Would you be able and willing to give direct and factual answers to questions that reference SOP? This is as opposed to SATTSO's favourite response, "Try it and see."

I think it depends on the question. Though feel free to ask me. I will do my best to be "direct and factual". I do like to talk.
