But what about his PR duties? He's had no trouble in the past spouting all sorts of nonsense.
That explains everything! The TSA pronounces it that way, but it's actually "PR doody," which explains why they crap all over us!
He's probably being very, very careful!
Actually, I think we're talking about his silence in general. He hasn't said anything about the recent children-groping incidents, Rep. Canseco getting molested, the CIA booty-bomb, nothing. He's usually out there with some PR garbage. We're wondering if that means he's going to be getting the axe.
I hope his prior testimonies to Congress and statements to the public can be used as evidence.
In another thread I predicted he would resign inside of two weeks. That would leave 12 or 13 days to go by my count. I hope he takes Blogdad Bob with him.
Of course, the only problem with taking Bloghdad Bob with him, if he goes, would be that we'd lose a great source of mirth. I'm all for more laughter in the world, and BB provides it aplenty.
He isn't so funny anymore since he never responds to any questions nor tries to justify the stupid things TSA has him say on the blog.
No, no, I get it. I'm just looking at the situation from his perspective.
He may have been told to keep quiet or he may be doing it on his own. Whether he's on his way to being axed or not, I don't know, but a strategy right now of not saying anything can't hurt him.
Ah. That's a shame. I thought he still occasionally justified the TSA Follies.
Didn't he justify the groping of 4-year-old terrorist Isabella Brademeyer? Maybe that was somebody else. I know somebody from the TSA defended it in a public statement.
Goebbels without a Gestapo that can't be fun
Not even remotely. He made a lame attempt to excuse it, but nothing even approaching justifying it.
Blogdad Booby has his head so far up the TSA rectum that he hasn't seen any light for some time.
Umm thats going to be the same location just a different building in the complex. All of those are in the area of DFW airport, and designed to be rapidly deployed to aircraft waiting on the ramp to leave. TSA simply is another agency using the facility. $10 says the inventory list(what is on hand now, has been added or taken out of the warehouse ever) was already turned over to congress.
the news report was specific, a 2nd warehouse in a different city.
Swing and a miss. I guess i need to look at the physical addresses for the storage facility now as I know the one for hot loading gear for aircraft on the ground is a coppell address off the west runways at DFW.
Further, no new topic has been added to the blog in a week now. I don't recall that ever happening before. Something seems definitely to be cooking at TSA.
Maybe they've hired an expensive new PR firm (our tax dollars at work) to do damage control. God knows there's enough damage.
I can't prove that two warehouses are involved, that info is in the Congressional report, but I have heard both Grapevine and Coppell mentioned as the location of the two warehouses. I know that those areas are very close to each other. I'm about an hour from the airport so am somewhat familiar with the area.
But it was on sale!
From the Ars Technica story reprinting the Congressional report summary (after another boondoggle story).
And how's that destruction of evidence working for you now, TSA?
Separate names with a comma.
