And they keep wondering why tourism to the U.S. is down ... In Europe they would just spend 15 seconds scanning your passport, maybe 30 seconds total if they wanted to be extra sure that photo resembles you.

I'm convinced that the only way to "fix" both TSA & CBP is to replace both completely.
