JUST HOW FOULED UP TSA REALLY IS!

    I sent in a suggestion to the TSA Contact Center today regarding Pre Check. I was polite and the suggestion was serious. The TSA Contact Center acknowledged my suggestion and stated they would forward the information to the appropriate department.

    Not much later I received an email from TSA thanking me for my interest in becoming a TSA vendor.

    If TSA can't even handle a suggestion why would anyone thnk the can handle more difficult things?

  2. RB, maybe you should follow that lead! See how far it gets! You could present yourself as a consultant or something. I wonder how long before they realize you were just a guy trying to make a suggestion.

    Reminds me of a sticker I saw:
    Never ask 'how dumb can you be?!' because some will personally take that as a challenge.
