All I can say is ---- AWESOME!!
This is excellent news albeit a year in coming. I hope there are some successful lawsuits for these abuses that help solidify the changes.
So it's baby steps, then. That's still okay by me - they say that when people are dieting, pounds lost slowly and gradually are the ones that stay off (HINT HINT, for any TSOs - that's Transportation Security Ovoids - reading this).
So then, perhaps it'll be the pieces that are chipped away slowly, bit by bit, that are hardest for TSA to repair. Death of a thousand cuts...I like it. It takes a long time and can be excruciatingly painful. It'll be nice to see TSA whimpering and grabbing at empty air as it tries to reclaim all the powers that are soon to be taken away, one by one, state by state.
Where'd I put my popcorn?
Every time I get frustrated about this process I consider Prohibition, Reconstruction, and DADT. All in due time, all in due time...
