    The want Obama's "most transparent" administration to comply with the FOIA requests regarding Nov 2010's mass opt out. That was when the TSA shut down the scope n' grope to negate the effect of the protest, thereby proving the TSA knew full well there was no real threat of terrorism.

    Almost two years ago. And the request still hasn't been fulfilled.

    Good for him! I hope he prevails. Also -- Ed Hasbrouck has at least one lawsuit against the TSA for failing to respond to a FOIA request. I see a pattern.....
