National Journal: Napolitano: I Don't Use E-mail. At All. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who is a key player in national cybersecurity efforts, said on Friday she doesn't use e-mail."Don't laugh, but I just don't use e-mail at all," she said during a discussion at a Cybersecurity Summit hosted by National Journal and Government Executive. She didn't explain what communications tools she does use.Given the epidemic levels of abuse and misconduct in several of her major agencies (esp. TSA, CBP, ICE, Secret Service), it's a safe conclusion that she doesn't communicate much, if at all.
Smoke signals. as in, blowing smoke up our ***. Makes you wonder why she doesn't use email. She knows it's open to government snoops. What does she have to hide?
No, not smoke signals, c'mon! get with the times...she uses two tin cans tied together by a string. Duh!
Yeah, and her idea of "expanding infrastructure" is for both participants to tie the opposite ends of their strings to the nearest telephone pole. See? Modernized!
That would explain why nobody ever seems to get the memos on things like the photography at the checkpoint policies... Nappy sends out a paper memo, which isn't readable by any of her underlings past Pissy because none of them can read anything unless it is displayed on their phone and contains less than 140 characters - as is patently obvious by the numbers of TSA employees seen texting at any given airport.
