On the original FT version the censors-in-residence apparently have removed all the identifying info regarding the culprits. If anyone can get this out of Google cache or PIXIQ, please log it here.

This latest disgrace unfolded tonight as I was on the road, currently in a Walmart lot in central IA about an hour short of our hotel. I feel strongly that this information should be posted so that if others are abused in the future, they and their attorneys can take note the pattern of abuse.

Later: I haven't been able to find the info, did email Mark. Also Mark's videos are on YouTube, see next post. :)

In one of the videos, I believe I heard fellow-screeners calling the Indian/Pakistani guy off. Did anyone else hear that as I did?

I also wondered if the same man is a citizen...

The next 2 posts are what I posted over on FT regarding this incident, and are pertinent to the conversation here:

According to the PANYNJ site for JFK:
    Source: http://www.panynj.gov/press-room/media-access.html
Now, this is the "media" section of their site, and I found it by searching for photography. Not sure how or if it applies to non-media members.
Regardless, the TSA actions were out of line, and I'm shocked the PANYNJ PD was as confrontational as they were. My cousin is a PANYNJ cop, maybe I can see if he has any more info (He's usually at EWR tho, so I doubt it)

Someone needs to take the PANYNJ to task about their photography regulations. This is what I found for the PATH (the trains that connect Hoboken and Jersey City with NYC)
This sounds much more restrictive than anything we saw about the MdTA and BWI.

I think I did when the video of the woman leaving a grope in tears was released - but I can't be certain.

That reeks of paranoia and "we're special because of 9/11."

Good 'cause it looks as if he may be on his way to being suspended at the other place as he challenged the mods on removing all the names of the "officers" involved in this incident.

Seems we have a bit of a revolt going on over at FT in their thread on this story. Stand by for more censorship by the mods.

This incident speaks directly to TSA ":vomit:eek:fficers:vomit:" depraved resistance to accountability.

I am very proud of my state (VA) and one of our local municipalities (Chesapeake) for holding their police officers to a high standard of accountability.

This is how professionals view accountability:

Only thugs worry about citizens' recordings of their behavior. Legitimate officers performing ethically do not fear the camera; they embrace it.
