    As you wish.

  2. I hope I've not made my concerns sound personal, and I know nobody's going to post SOP. I just get irked when I hear that following the rules and covering one's butt is necessarily the "right" thing to do. No particular person, just the moral issue.

Steve Frischling and Chris Elliott were the guys. Chris was at home with his young children when armed DHS thugs showed up at his door and threatened him with arrest. He was in a very vulnerable position. He fought the whole thing, which took a lot of time and money and worry, and eventually won. He wrote about it a few times. Oh, and the subpoena was for info that wasn't even leaked! It was public information; it was put out by the TSA itself! "Accidentally," on the web. The TSA put it out there. The whole thing was so (expletive deleted)**ed up; it showed exactly how paranoid and downright stupid our "security" overlords are.

Thanks for the links, Lisa -- a reminder that dealing with this abusive, out-of-control agency can be expensive.
