With the registration of AmericanObserver, I noticed that the user-info box to the left of user posts most likely is using a fixed width. This causes AO's username to read:

    AmericanObserve
    r

Does XF support variable-width user boxes? If so, might be something we want to tweak for presentation's sake.

  2. Hello folks! Hijacking CelticWhisper's thread because I can't start my own for some reason, and that's my question. I go to start a new thread, and it asks for a title, but there's no text box in which to write the message. I try to create the thread that way, and it says I have to enter a message (in the non-existent text box). Catch-22.

I tried it a couple different times in different forums, same problem. Help?

See the announcements forum - it's a FFX 9.0.1 issue. I'm having the same problem (confirmed on Windows 7 x86, Windows 7 x86-64, and Mac OS X 10.5 running TenFourFox). Use Chrome or Opera instead - they should still work.

  4. Aha, thanks!
