I unfriended two a while back. I didn't even know they had taken jobs with the TSA until they started trying to defend the TSA on my FB wall. (expletive deleted), both of them. We're no longer on speaking terms, either.

I probably couldn't do this. I've even got an old friend working with the DHS, and I'm just glad she's going to be able to keep working through 'til her GS retirement. We had a few base closings and unit relocations. I don't begrudge her the job.

Do TSA workers have any friends? Other than the ones they pay I mean.

Previous news reports have indicated that they don't even like each other all that much. Especially when making penis-size jokes after the Nude-O-Scope training session.

I'll join in spirit. I'm not on facebook and I don't have any friends that work for the TSA.

Do we even want to compare ages? I'll just say I'm pushing fifty. And fifty is pushing back. :D

Life starts to get really good when you hit 50. In so many ways. And no, I'm not being sarcastic.

I love being way over 50. And let's remember it certainly is better than the alternative. ;)

Like being able to remember the days before one had to worry about having one's "junk" fondled and possessions stolen by the blue-shirted cockroaches at the airport?
