Nose wheel failure at SNN

    An Aer Arann ATR-72 operating Aer Lingus Regional flight 3601 (MAN-SNN) was involved in an incident at around 1030 hours this morning (0930 GMT) after its front landing gear collapsed on landing. 21 pax and 4 crew were safely evacuated; the airport closed for around 6 hours.
