I doubt TSA would handle a situation like this any better. From

Of course not. How could the airlines possibly make a mistake?? Just like the TSA.

    God help us.

This only serves to prove that airline security poses more dangers to citizens than the scawry tewwowists they are supposedly protecting us from.

    First of all, ewww.

Second of all, what is the matter with these people? Tracheas don't grow on trees, in fact, they appear to take five months to construct. No one could figure out how to make some phone calls so that this guy could get the trachea to the recipient? Fortunately he was able to work around them.

As usual, the matter will no doubt be remedied with ":additional training".
