There is a lengthy article in the New York Times on Obama's secret kill list ... New York Times: Secret ‘Kill List’ Proves a Test of Obama’s Principles and Will Unfortunately it's 9 pages long & I've been working all night, so I'll have to defer pages 2-9 until this evening. My impression so far is that I'm completely disgusted at the image of our President micro-managing assassinations, especially as a routine business.
I was away when this story broke and took a few days to catch up. I'm glad to see it's getting lots of coverage, but the Obamabots, of course, are still unswayed. Not that I think Romney -- or many future presidents -- will behave any differently. But millions of Americans are apparently just fine with this.
& a little bit of good news -- by the time I got back to it a few days later, the article had been shortened to 8 pages. It's really a good read.
