not a matter of public expenditure vs private enterprise. It's a matter of the collapse in government revenues across the board on local, state, and federal level, finally being reflected in government expenditures, forcibly so when money printing no longer works, which is starting to happen and will be complete within two years. It is starting to happen and we have seen nothing yet of the consequences. Everyone who just loves big government and relies on it are about to get the shock of their lives.

Agreed. Also those who just love "free" (not) enterprise and rely on it.

They've been accomplishing the same thing in some states by jailing people (technically for nonappearance or contempt of court) when creditors sue them & they ignore the summons.

Its amazing how these type of lawsuits they can go after anthing while Small Claims court cases your on your own to collect if you win. I know as Ive been trying to recover money from someone who I wish would FOAD but not before I get my money back.

Then again dont get me started on these nursing homes and what they charge, as Ive seen 5* hotels go for less per night then nursing homes that I wouldnt put my dog in...Its a scam. I lost my grandmother due to the incompetance of a "Skilled Nursing Facility", and the end result want pretty the facility lost.

Most Nursing homes hire people who I question there certifications, cant speak english worth :trash: and people skills suck. Not to mention they love to talk crap about people behind there back with a smile, which Ive picked up tagalong, chinese, and spanish to know whats being said and call them on the carpet which that reaction is priceless.

My favorite(s) (sic) comment from "nurses" at these facilities is " Oh thats not my patient so I dont know whats going on" or " they've had difficulty breathing for 12 hours but the doctor wants to send them out now (its 3am) and the person is on oxygen at 2 LPM with 200' of tubing (IE doesnt do any good). With the peace de resistance being sent a call to respond priority for a "unconcious person at NH". Get on scene and NH staff just standing there pointing fingers mean while the patient is dead (dependent livity and rigor) and they want me to work the person. Not a chance every time Ive called med control for termination so that the death goes on the NH's record and the state comes to investigate.
