Sounds like we need to round up everyone with a degree in pedagogy and put them on chain gangs alongside the freedom fluffers at TSA. No way should these clowns be teaching our children.

I just got a craving for the chocolate peanut butter we consumed on our Norway road trip in 2002. mmmm

Couldn't find it in the U.S., and on subsequent trips to Norway could not find any in grocery stores in the Oslo area. :(

There used to be a local store out near my Mother in Laws that had several different types of peanut butter, they had the blended PB and J (with like 5 different types of J), hand mixed (the natural crunchy type), and even half and half (actually closer to 2/3rds PB, 1/3rd flavored creams) chocolate/vanilla cream/strawberry cream. The man that used to make them is no longer with us, and the kids just didn't have his magic, they shut down production about 10-15 years ago. He used to handmake most of that stuff, but towards the end, he had added an industrial blender/crusher due to expansion of his market.

Do you remember the name of the kind you had Mike?

It was 11 years ago & very Norsk, probably picked it up in the far north of the country. We spent five weeks on the road with a jalopy from Rent-A-Wreck at the Oslo airport. :)

Here's a picture of the car (blue Ford Fiesta w/ magnetic sign panel just right of center) in the lot at Å i Lofoten, arrived off the ferry from Bodø around 3 a.m., drove to the south end of the Lofoten (Å is the last letter in the Norwegian alphabet) and tried sleep in that tiny car.

yet the following is racist but the foundation of which this country was built.

PEG can kiss my grits and if I ever catch this crap being taught to my kids ... their teacher and chain of command will learn a whole new meaning of being ridden out of a town on a rail.
