    Looks like there's some work for Team Sexual Assault.

    How again does an unconfirmed threat from an "unknown male" caller provide probably cause for violating the rights of these passengers?

    Let's see.... Shannon is a preclearance airport, so there's no need to clear customs in Philly. Seems like you could refuse screening and be escorted from airside if Philly was your final destination.
