Privacy Rights: Some Possible Light at the End of the Tunnel

    There is a short video clip, less than a minute, of Supreme Court Justice Kagan responding to arguments in a case apparently involving GPS tracking devices. I'm on a slow connection currently, so I'm unable to dig deeper into the issue to flesh this out, but here are some truncated quotes that lead me to believe privacy rights have a strong advocate in our newest justices.

    As disappointed as I am in Obama's record on Civil Rights, perhaps his Supreme Court appointments will provide some relief when some of these anti-zap and grab cases get to them.
