    To me, this type of GPS surveillance sounds like "stalking." If the government can do this to us, can anyone who feels like it violate other citizens in this manner?

    It seems to me that this new technology has enabled a new crime, a kind of covert stalking. It's creepy. If we don't have a law against it - we need one.
