The legal situation is even clearer given the recent Court of Appeals decision in the Massachusetts case. Reason: How to Record the Cops I would second the motion to use Qik or UStream to upload your video simultaenously. Also password protect your phone to make it more difficult for them to access your on-line accounts and delete evidence. And consider wearing a pen or wrist camera as a secondary device.
I installed Qik on my iPhone after some "problems" with TSA @ ORD. While I've not had to use it, it's ready and waiting for the next time something happens at a TSA dragnet. I've also got it password protected
That will work, too. I'd definitely need the prescription lenses. A video of me walking into things might be humorous but would miss the point completely.
