It's getting down to the wire time-wise for me to send this and have my message about the 4th of July stay relevant. I'm figuring that since I've heard no suggested revisions, this baby's good to go as-is.

 

And sent. I E-mailed it to the correspondence_reply@durbin.senate.gov address and will snail-mail and fax paper copies too as soon as I can.
