Two-digit IQ's too retarded to toss a single round of ammo in the hazardous waste bin & continue working. Instead it resulted in a police call & investigation.

County 10: Police Blotter: ... TSA finds bullet in luggage ...

The Transportation Security Agency personnel at Riverton Regional Airport called for police backup after finding an unspent .38 cartridge in luggage being checked before a Great Lakes Airline flight Tuesday at 4:03 p.m. The owner of the bag said he did not know the bullet was in the bag, he complied with all requests and was later allowed to board the flight.

I still think your giving TSA workers a boost when stating they have two digit IQ's.

Two-digits does all the way down to 10. Moron (70) is on the upper end of the range.
