You can see from at least one comment that law enforcement professionals are sickened by this crap.
I believe it is the Port Authory's own that have jurisdiction, not a Sheriff (but maybe that's who staffs their airport police in FL, through the County).
I have seen it suggested, from within the industry, that once individual charges started to be brought, this can be a game changer.

Sooner or late local law enforcement will step up to the challenge -- then it will become an issue of the 10th amendment vs. the supremacy clause.

I have to keep believing that
I have to keep believing that it is coming, sooner rather than later, as I can't accept that this country will allow the TSA to continue down the path it has chosen

I don't think anyone is getting arrested but this sends one more message to Congress and TSA that current TSA screening procedures are not cutting it.

TSA can no longer say it's only a few people complaining about being Electronically Stripped of their Clothes or Felt Up by a TSA A.S.S.

Only if they have no shame, which they don't.

The procedures are wrong, but they also expose us to additional victimization under the guise of procedures.
I believe what was done to me was an assault of opportunity-- above and beyond what is already unacceptable.
Just because someone is of the same sex doesn't mean they are dis-interested, appropriate candidates for such contact.

TUG is not a link farm -- please provide more specifics with your post, not just a link.

The sheriffs have their heads in the sand:

Most sheriffs are elected -- it would be great if this became an election issue in some localities.
