Son gets upset with TSA when they molest his cancer stricken father. How do these TSA (expletive deleted) sleep at night?
Don't know if there was a part 1. It didn't show up in the You Tube search.

Probably quite well, since it'd require things like a conscience, ethics, morals, honor, and empathy before their actions presented a problem to their sleep habits.

The videographer has only uploaded two videos, and the other one isn't Part 1.

Good for him for raising h...! (oops, self-filtered). I would have used far more expletives and gotten right in their faces if they had threatened me or my family with the DYWTFT bull:poop:!

Self-filtering is not having any of it there in the first place. Seriously, it was getting to where I couldn't stand to come here and read the posts in my own site. There are a lot of changes going on in the background, one of which will include a lot of editing of my own posts. We need to evolve.

Our poopy is also going to evolve, although I haven't yet figured out how.

  6. I don't know, Mike. It's pretty hard to read posts with the word "poopy" in them. ;) Just sayin'.

    But that, too, will pass.

If Phoebe had chosen to hang around, she would have seen the results of what I was trying to think through regarding a couple smilies:

    C'est la vie.

    Ok, I watched the video.

The guy is a bit of a hothead who would help himself quite a bit if he would just learn to bite his lip. However, that doesn't excuse TSA's behavior.

    1. They made arrangements to have someone from the airport assist with getting the father through security, so that they were not personally needed to push his wheelchair. The entire family was escorted to a lane on one side of approx 12 lanes. When all their stuff was on the belt, they suddenly took the father away to the far side of the screening lanes. So much for having your own family or witness to observe what they do to you.

    2. After the rest of them cleared security it took a while to locate their father, who actually appeared to have been cleared relatively quickly, even with a swab. Meanwhile the son was getting irritated. At that point TSA decided to make an example of him, even though he had already cleared security, and he was swarmed and harassed by several TSA personnel and a law enforcement officer. I'm guessing (details weren't in the video) that someone from Spirit Airlines declined even to show up & discuss the situation with the screeners and cop (probably just another incident in a long day of dealing with TSA's wannabe cops), and after a few more minutes they let the guy & his family continue to the boarding gate.

Overall this illustrates a major & common TSA fail: A near total lack of customer service & PR skills. Just do your job, get everybody though the checkpoint, and keep smiling & wish them a nice day whether you like their 'tude or not.
