Thanks to a six million dollar grant from DHS, hundreds of SF Muni buses will receive high-tech surveillance cameras capable of real-time viewing according to the SF Examiner.

Manage claims? Does this mean fight fraud?

Hijacked buses used for terrorism... I suppose if you want to let your imagination run wild you can come up with hundreds of scenarios.

I'm thinking of applying for a ten million dollar grant from DHS to protect my family from hijacking terrorists using aliens to start fires & tornados while eating cupcakes & throwing pumpkins. When do I pick up a check?

Possibly. In CA there's a tendency for buses to have more passengers on board after an accident than before. :)

Proceed carefully. Aliens are so few in number that they are at risk for being declared an endangered species. At that point any place where they live will become a protected habitat.

In Puget Sound the ferries now have locked cages around the entrances to the upper (crew) deck. Could hijack the ferry and run it into a lighthouse.
