    That's not the way I read it. I thought it lampooned the TSA every way including up, highlighting its ludicrosity.

    While Elizabeth may be right that this is making fun of those who object to TSA's groping, I think it comes under the category of "there's no such thing as bad publicity". The fact that TSA's behavior is the basis for such satire indicates that the wider community is aware of the controversy. And as Fisher said, it's close enough to the truth to remind people what's going on.
